Level Architecture was asked to create a feasibility study for modern student accommodation in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. These CGIs produced are just some of the images that accompanied a very detailed powerpoint presentation.

3 blocks of Accommodation and its supportive services.
Block A: 7 Stories + 9th Floor (Set Back) + Lower Ground Floor
Block B: 6 Stories
Block C: 5 Stories
367 Cluster Bedrooms + Private en-suite. 92 Studios + Private en-suite. Shared kitchen / dining / living space @ average 27 m2 for each Cluster of 6 Beds.Common Areas including Gym, Gaming Hall, Laundry and Coffee shop. Communal Roof Gardens in Level 1, 6 & 7. Retail Space at main street level to take advantage of the site level differences. Cycle racks – based on 30% Usage rate 75 racks. Car park for 8 cars.
