Planning permission has been granted for the development of 40 residential homes on land located adjacent to Gatwick Airport. Following the approval, Level Architecture Ltd was instructed to undertake all technical design work for the scheme, delivering detailed construction information for each individually designed plot. This work ensures that every home meets the required standards for build quality, performance, and compliance, while responding appropriately to the site’s specific constraints and opportunities.
